Durch ihr großes Engagement konnten wir uns sehr viele Wohnungen vor Ort anschauen. Auch kurzfristige Online-Besichtigungen per Teams aus Deutschland waren für sie selbstverständlich und kein Problem. Bei all unseren Besichtigungen hat uns Maria immer neutral und objektiv beraten. Wir hatten nie das Gefühl, dass sie uns einfach nur irgendetwas verkaufen wollte, sondern vielmehr wollte sie, dass wir unsere Traumwohnung finden. Was wir dann ja auch getan haben! Durch ihr großes Netzwerk konnte uns Maria außerdem eine Bank mit deutschsprachigem Mitarbeiter, sowie einen deutschsprachigen Notar und Rechtsanwalt, einen Steuerberater und auch Handwerker empfehlen! Nichts war ihr zuviel und sie hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und einen guten Rat. Wir können Maria und ihr Team mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und würden uns bei jeglichen Fragen zu Immobilien jederzeit wieder an sie wenden.

If you are thinking of buying in Spain, Carsten and his lovley wife Maria will be there every step of the way. Some people are still nervous about buying in Spain but they are honest, kind , professional, thorough and nothing is too much trouble. They also sold our apartment in Manilva in a couple of months. Sold on the eighth viewing. They brought clients around from all over the world to view. Not only that we achieved the asking price.  Immediatley the reservation fee was paid and reservation contract signed. Maria came to our home and went through everything with a fine tooth comb.
